At Wonder Rose Hair Studio, we operate with professional standards designed to ensure a calm, respectful, and high-quality experience for every client. Please review the following policies carefully before booking.


Appointments & Service Satisfaction

All services provided are non-refundable.

If you have any concerns regarding your service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We are committed to addressing genuine concerns and will review each case with care.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a service if it is deemed unsafe or not in the client’s best interest.


Professional Conduct

We maintain a respectful, professional salon environment at all times.

Abusive language, disruptive behaviour, or conduct that compromises the experience of staff or other clients will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service or permanent restriction from future bookings.

Should you feel dissatisfied at any point, we kindly ask that concerns are raised directly with us so they can be addressed appropriately.


Photography, Recording & Social Media

For privacy and professionalism, clients are asked not to record or take photographs or videos during their service without prior consent.

Photos may be taken after your service with permission.

Wonder Rose Hair Studio may take before, during, or after photos of services for professional and promotional use. If you prefer not to have your face shown, please inform us and we will respect your preference.

Any content posted online that misrepresents the studio, staff, or services may be treated as defamation and handled accordingly. Clients are always welcome to leave honest reviews reflecting their experience.


Health, Safety & Hygiene

CCTV is in operation on the premises for safety and security purposes.

Clients must inform their stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment.

We adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for all clients.


Punctuality & Late Arrivals

Appointments are scheduled carefully to ensure focused, unrushed service.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will incur a £10 late fee to cover additional operational costs. If the late fee is declined:

• Future bookings may be restricted, or
• Full payment may be required before booking subsequent appointments

If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible. We will accommodate where schedule permits.


Cancellations & No-Shows

We value your time and ours. Missed or late-cancelled appointments impact both our schedule and other clients.

48-Hour Notice Required
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Late Cancellations (Less Than 48 Hours)
Charged at 50% of the service price.

Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows
Charged at 100% of the service price.

Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred only when appointments are rescheduled with more than 48 hours’ notice.

Outstanding Balances
Any unpaid cancellation or no-show fees must be settled before future bookings can be made.

These policies allow us to maintain a reliable, professional service and respect the time allocated specifically for each client.
