Returns & Refunds Policy – Wonder Rose Hair Studio

Hair Extensions & Hair Products

Due to hygiene reasons, all hair extensions and hair products are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe an item is faulty or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund in line with UK consumer law.

No restocking fee applies to faulty or incorrect items.

Delivery & Customer Information

Orders are dispatched only once full and correct delivery details are provided.

Any delays caused by late, incomplete, or incorrect customer information are not grounds for cancellation, return, or refund.

Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.

Exceptional / Goodwill Returns Only

Any return accepted outside of this policy is at the sole discretion of Wonder Rose Hair Studio and may be offered only as a one-off goodwill gesture.

Where a goodwill return is approved, the following conditions apply:

• Item must be unused, unopened, and untampered with (not brushed, combed, washed, cut, coloured, worn, or altered)

• Returned via tracked postal service

• Return postage is at the customer’s expense

• Original delivery fees are non-refundable

• A 15% restocking and handling fee will be deducted from the refund

• Refunds are processed after inspection only

• Refund applies to the product only (including VAT where applicable)

We do not accept in-person drop-offs.

Bespoke & Time-Sensitive Orders

All bespoke, customised, pre-ordered, or time-sensitive hair orders are non-refundable.

Right to Refuse Service

Wonder Rose Hair Studio reserves the right to refuse future sales or services where a client relationship is deemed no longer suitable.
