At Wonder Rose Hair Studio, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of hair and hygiene-sensitive items, we operate a strict returns policy to protect our clients and maintain high standards.
Please review the information below carefully before making a purchase.
Hair Extensions, Wigs & Hair Products
For hygiene and quality control reasons, all hair extensions, wigs, and hair products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once purchased.
This applies to:
• Raw and virgin hair extensions
• Wigs and custom hair units
• Closures, frontals, and hair systems
• Opened or unopened hair products
We strongly advise reviewing all product details carefully before completing your purchase.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To assess the issue, we may request:
• Clear photographs of the item
• Proof of purchase
• Packaging details
If a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Items that have been worn, altered, installed, cut, coloured, or tampered with will not be eligible for review.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
All custom wigs, bespoke hair units, and made-to-order items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or amended.
Returns Without Approval
Items returned without prior written approval will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
Exchange Requests
Exchanges are not offered unless an item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect upon delivery.
Responsibility & Care
Wonder Rose Hair Studio is not responsible for issues arising from:
• Improper installation
• Incorrect aftercare
• Use of unauthorised products
• Third-party styling or chemical treatments
Care instructions are provided to support longevity and performance.
