Appointments & Consultations
- New clients may be required to attend a consultation before receiving selected services.

Payments

Wigs & Client Property
- Wigs left for maintenance or customisation will be professionally cared for while in our possession.
- Clients will be notified when their wig is ready for collection.
- Wigs should be collected within 14 days of notification. Storage charges may apply thereafter in accordance with our salon policy.
Results
- Individual results vary depending on hair type, condition, home care and aftercare. Wonder Rose Hair Studio cannot guarantee identical results for every client.
Liability
- While every reasonable care is taken, Wonder Rose Hair Studio shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, products or services, except where required by law.
