Order Processing



All orders are processed once full and correct shipping details are provided.


Orders are not dispatched until:


  • payment has cleared, and
  • a complete delivery address (including postcode) is confirmed.



We are not responsible for delays caused by missing, incomplete, or incorrect customer information.





Dispatch Timeframes



Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days after all required details are received.


Dispatch times may vary during busy periods, launches, or where items are pre-ordered or bespoke.





Delivery Times



Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are provided by third-party couriers.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times cannot be guaranteed.


Wonder Rose Hair Studio is not responsible for courier delays once the parcel has been handed over.





Shipping Methods



All orders are shipped via tracked postal or courier services.


Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.





Shipping Costs



Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.





Address Accuracy



Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address provided is accurate and complete.


If an address is supplied late, incorrectly, or requires amendment after purchase, any resulting delays or additional costs are the customer’s responsibility.


Delays caused by address issues are not grounds for cancellation, return, or refund.





Failed or Returned Deliveries



If a parcel is returned to us due to:


  • an incorrect address,
  • failure to collect, or
  • refusal of delivery,



the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.


Refunds are not provided for failed deliveries.





Lost or Damaged Parcels



If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, customers must notify us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.


Claims will be raised with the courier where applicable. Resolution times depend on the courier’s investigation process.





International Shipping (if applicable)



International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.


Wonder Rose Hair Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
